Shipping rates are based on the destination of the package and the total weight of your order. Domestic (U.S.) orders over $150 receive free standard (ground) shipping. To calculate shipping, add your items to the cart, select your shipping location, enter your zip/postal code, and click 'Add Shipping'. You will then have your choice of preferred shipping methods.
The following items may be shipped via an alternate method, as they are shipped from a different warehouse: BabyBaby, My Baby Nest, My NapPak, Keekaroo, Heart-n-Sole (Solstice Design Studio) and Western Chief Kids.We provide proof of shipment for all packages but cannot be responsible for transit time or lost, damaged, and/or stolen packages. Shipping insurance is highly recommended on all packages. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase, please click here. All discrepancies must be reported to Supermommy's Superstore within 48 hours of delivery.
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. Supermommy's Superstore has no control over these charges and fees. When applicable, you the customer will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued. Customers
are responsible for all shipping, handling, taxes, tariffs, duties,
and/or any other customs charges. We do not ship items as gifts to
avoid customs charges.
Local pick-up for Elizabethtown, Kentucky and the surrounding area is free on all items except BabyBaby, Heart-n-Sole Jewelry (Solstice Design Studion), Keekaroo, My Baby Nest, and Western Chief Kids merchandise. These items are custom-made to your specifications and/or shipped to you directly from another warehouse. Please don't forget to contact us to set up a time to pick up your order.
These rates do not include shipping insurance. Insurance is recommended on all purchases and the price is based on the value of the item(s) purchased. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless we shipped the incorrect item. (All discrepancies must be reported to Supermommy's Superstore within 48 hours of delivery.) Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees incurred with returns and/or exchanges and for any shipping fees to have a new item sent out. There is no free shipping available for exchanges, unless the wrong item was delivered. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to have undeliverable items reshipped. If you return an item in which you received free shipping with the original order, we will deduct the shipping charges we incurred to ship your order from your refund.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle:
In an effort to maintain our environment and reduce waste, we often reuse boxes and shipping supplies (bubble wrap, peanuts, etc...). This not only helps preserve our natural resources but also cuts our cost which we can then pass on to you, the customer. We are not cheap, just environmentally conscious for the sake of our children's future.
