Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in
same condition as shipped--items must be in unopened, unused condition
in original packaging with all
original documentation included. Items must be free of odors, pet hair,
dirt, stains, etc... The following personal care items are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges: - Belli Skin Care
- Belly Bandit
- Earth Mama Angel Baby
- Breast pads, LilyPadz and breast pillows
- Nursing bras
- Motherlove
- Bottles, pacifiers or feeding products
- Breast pump replacement/spare parts
- Personal hygiene products
- Personalized/monogrammed products
Breast pumps must be unopened/factory sealed. Contact Supermommy's Superstore
to receive a return authorization. If opened/used/damaged items are
returned, no refund will be given and no exchange will be offered-- no exceptions.
No refunds/exchanges will be issued after 14 days (unless at the time
of purchase you indicate that the item is a gift and other arrangements
are made with Supermommy's Superstore). No refunds on refused or
undeliverable packages, including packages returned for non-payment of
customs fees. A 15% restocking
fee will be assessed on all returned items. Item(s) must be returned
with a copy of the packing slip or credit cannot be issued. Shipping,
handling and insurance are non-refundable and customer is responsible
for all return shipping fees for returns and exchanges. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for item(s) purchased online are issued via the original
method of payment. Refunds for item(s) purchased in-store are issued
via store credit only.
If you have a manufacturer's defect, please contact the
manufacturer for warranty coverage. We do not offer warranty coverage
or repairs. If you need manufacturer's contact information, please contact us and we will be happy to send it to you.

personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders in USD only. All orders must be prepaid.
- Items
ship after payment clears. If you pay through PayPal, you should
receive an email through PayPal when your payment clears. If you pay by
check or money order, it can take up to 14 days for payment to clear
once we have deposited your payment.
- Please note:
You may see your payment drafted from your account, however, it can
take up to 5 business days for payment to be deposited to our account.
Payment is not considered to be cleared until it is deposited to our
account.
- A $25 service fee will be charged on all returned checks. If your check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds (NSF), your check will be reprocessed electronically.
How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping rates are based on the destination of the package and the total weight of your order. Domestic
(U.S.) orders over $150 receive free standard (ground) shipping. To
calculate shipping, add your items to the cart, select your shipping
location, enter your zip/postal code, and click 'Add Shipping'. You
will then have your choice of preferred shipping methods.
Local pick-up for Elizabethtown, Kentucky and the surrounding area is free
on all items except ABC Fun Pads, Baby Kaed, Heart-n-Sole Jewelry, Keekaroo, My Baby Nest, and Western Chief Kids merchandise.
These items are custom-made to your specifications and/or shipped to
you directly from another warehouse. Please don't forget to contact us to set up a time to pick up your order.
Click here for more information about our shipping policy. Do you ship APO/FPO? TOP Yes! We appreciate our service men and women and offer them the same
rates as our domestic customers. We live in a military community and
honor those who serve our country overseas. We do not charge extra to
ship to APO/FPO addresses. Do you ship internationally? TOP We are currently shipping within North America, Europe and Australia. International customers must pay with credit card or PayPal in USD only.
- Customers
are responsible for all shipping, handling, taxes, tariffs, duties,
and/or any other customs charges. We do not ship items as gifts to
avoid customs charges.
- We
provide proof of shipment but cannot be responsible for lost, damaged,
or stolen packages. Shipping insurance is highly recommended on all
international shipments. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase, please click here.
- No refunds on refused, abandoned or undeliverable packages.
Do you charge a handling fee? TOP We charge a $1.50 handling fee on all domestic orders and $3.00 handling fee on all international orders. This small handling fee
is to cover any necessary packing materials, customs forms (international customers only) and our time to carefully
package your items and prepare them for shipping. The handling fee will
be included in the shipping charges you see at checkout. Do you offer local pick-up? TOP Yes! If you live in the Elizabethtown, Kentucky area, you are welcome to pick up your items free of charge with the exception of ABC Fun Pads, Baby Kaed, Chooka, Keekaroo, and
Western Chief Kids merchandise. These
items are custom made to your specifications or shipped from an alternate warehouse. You may pay
for your items in advance through our store checkout or you may pay by cash
or credit card at time of pick-up. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders at
time of pick-up. If you pay by check or money order, your payment must
clear before you can pick up your items. Please email us to schedule a pick-up time. When can I expect my order to arrive? TOP Items are shipped within 5 business days of payment clearance. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery method you choose at checkout. Delivery times quoted at checkout are approximately and are solely determined by the delivery service.
- USPS First Class Mail has a normal delivery time of 5-10 days.
- USPS Priority Mail has a normal delivery time of 2-5 days.
- USPS Express Mail normally arrives next business day.
- UPS/FedEx normal delivery time is 5-10 days.
- USPS First Class Mail International varies depending on your location and can range from 5-45 days.
- USPS Priority Mail International varies depending on your location and can range from 3-15 days.
- USPS Express Mail International varies depending on your location and can range from 1-10 days.
- Custom
orders such as Mommy Loves Maternity Shirts and Heart-n- Sole custom designs may take up to 14 days to process before shipping.

Will you ship to an alternate address (gifts)? TOP Yes! We will be happy to send your item(s) to an alternate address for
gifts. Simply fill out the shipping information with your gift recipient's information. If you would like your item(s) gift wrapped, please note under the special requests at checkout. You may choose from pink, blue, unisex, adult birthday, or child's birthday wrap. All items are shipped with
Delivery Confirmation so there is verification that the item was
delivered to your selected address. Please remember that we cannot be
responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages so insurance is always
recommended. Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP Yes, we offer free gift wrap on most purchases. If you would like your item(s) gift wrapped, please note under the
special requests at checkout. You may choose from pink, blue, unisex,
adult birthday, or child's birthday wrap. Gift wrapping is not available on ABC Fun Pads, Baby Kaed, Bumpil, Chooka, Keekaroo, or Western Chief Kids.
Do you insure packages? TOP
We do not insure packages but shipping insurance is always
available and recommended for all packages. We cannot be responsible
for transit time, lost or stolen packages, or damage during shipping.
We pack all items securely but delivery companies can have accidents. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, click here. Do you charge sales tax? TOP Kentucky residents are required to pay 6% state sales tax on all
purchases including shipping and handling fees. If you are having an
item(s) shipped to a Kentucky address, even as a gift, you are also
required to pay sales tax. Tax is not charged on shipments to any other
location. Do you have a Privacy Policy? TOP Your personal information will always remain strictly confidential. Supermommy's Superstore, LLC will never
share your personal information with any third party. We collect your
information solely for order processing and accounting purposes. Furthermore, your email will never be shared with
a third party for any reason other than to contact you about your
order. If you request to have your email added to my newsletter list,
it will only be used by Supermommy's Superstore for the purpose of contacting you
for specials, sales and new product notifications. It will never be
shared or sold. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our privacy policy. Why didn't I receive an email notification of my order? TOP If you did not receive an email notification of your order, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you have a spam filter on your email account, our messages may be blocked.
You may also want to make sure you entered your email address correctly. A small error in your email address will prevent you from receiving your emails.

I am trying to checkout but cannot enter my address/payment information? TOP Please try the following solutions:
1. If you screen
appears blank, please scroll up.
2. Please be sure
to enter your location (country) and zip code to calculate shipping before
attempting to enter your address/payment information, as the shopping cart will
not proceed without this information to calculate shipping for your order.
3. If you have
selected 'Go to Payments' and nothing happens, this is due to your firewall on
your computer or network blocking the secure connection. These pages are secure and protected so your
confidential information remains safe.
Our shopping cart is protected by Hacker Safe to prevent information
theft. Many firewalls will block these
secure sites so you must change your settings to allow these connections. If you are unsure of how to change these
settings, I recommend you contact the company which produces the software for
your firewall (Norton, etc...). I
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know we offer top
notch security for your protection and cannot sacrifice this connection.
